REFUNDS & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Arizona Copper Beard LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

  1. Eligibility for Returns on Physical Products: 1.1. We accept returns for physical products purchased directly from our website, www.azcopperbeard.com. This policy does not apply to digital products, gift cards, or items purchased from third-party sellers.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any product that is damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.

  1. Initiation of Return: 2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@azcopperbeard.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images, if applicable.
  1. Return Shipping: 3.1. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undelivered returns.

3.2. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, please contact our customer support team before initiating the return. We will provide further instructions about your refund or exchange.

  1. Refund Process: 4.1. Once we receive the return request we will give you further instructions on what is needed to initiate the return/exchange process.

4.2. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 3 business days from the date of receiving the returned product.

4.3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

  1. Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions: 5.1. The following items are non-refundable:
  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications.
  • Clearance items.

5.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a restocking fee if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria or if it is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: 6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note the shipping carrier will request specific photos of the damage including the shipping container and packaging material. Do not throw anything away until after the claim has been filed and you are notified it is safe to do so. Also note that specific shipping carriers (like UPS) may demand the damaged product be picked up or dropped off to their location so it can be physically inspected. You agree that you must provide access to the package in its entirety to insure proper claim filing before we initiate a refund or exchange. If the item is defective, we will request photos of the defect as well as the package and packaging material. Please contact customer support for more information and do not throw anything away until instructed to do so. We do not offer refunds for dropped items or due to improper hanging or placement.

6.2. In the case of a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

  1. Eligibility for Returns on Digital Products: 7.1. We accept returns for digital products purchased directly from our website. This policy applies to digital products such as e-books, online courses, or digital downloads. Physical products are subject to a separate policy as stated above.

7.2. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You have purchased the digital product directly from our website.
  • You have not downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product.
  • Your request for a return is within 3 days of purchase.

  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used.
  • Digital products that are personalized or customized.

10.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a fee if the digital product does not meet the eligibility criteria or if it has been used or accessed.
